Shipping Information

Most of the shop items are ready to ship but prints may take 7-10 business days for processing (this does not include time it is in the mail system). Mugs, shirts, and home goods typically ship within 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please send a message with your order number so we can assist you. Custom orders do not fall under this timeline due to their nature and vary greatly. We will discuss the timeline with you during the beginning stages of your project.

All orders ship M-F as our studio is closed on weekends.

USPS First Class — standard shipping
USPS First Priority — upgraded shipping
Upgrades available – varying speeds available at request

International shipping rates can be accommodated upon request.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Be sure to carefully review your items before a purchase is made. All sales are final, including custom work and orders not yet shipped (in most cases). All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In addition, completed orders are listed on your account under My Orders. Please review those items as these terms apply to duplicate items as well. Should you find an error on our behalf, we apologize and ask you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Items can be shipped back to the following address once a return/exchange authorization is received by email.

The buyer retains full responsibility of the order once it is shipped. Our packages are inspected prior to leaving our studio and as such, we are unable to create refunds should damage or delays occur at fault of USPS. For more information on this topic, please see the USPS website.

Do you offer local pickup?

Sorry, I currently do not offer local pickup.

Will my order ship all together?

The items within your order may be split and shipped in multiple packages based on current stock and packaging types. 

When will I get my order in the mail?

You should receive tracking information when the order is shipped. Please understand that while I do my best to expedite shipping, once the item leaves my hands and is in the hands of the carrier, I cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for damaged of lost shipments and I will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined.

My order tracking information states it was delivered but I didn’t get the package. What can I do?

Oh no! Since I hand off so many packages into the trusting hands of USPS, UPS, and FedEx, I do acknowledge mistakes happen sometimes. In most cases, a friend or family member has picked up your package and forgot to let you know or just placed it somewhere unusual.

Alternatively, you can also submit a missing mail form so that it can officially be investigated here by USPS: Missing Mail Form
